AQP ARQUITECTOS is an architectural practice founded in 1992 with office in Madrid.
We develop building projects and urban planning, being capable of covering the entire construction process, which begins with the urban planning of a particular territorial area, continues with the development of the land and ends with the execution of building works.
For us, each project is a challenge we face proposing architectural solutions adapted to the environment, which combine functionality and design with an unequivocally sustainable architecture.
Our longstanding experience in building works, which comes from the accomplishment of a great number of projects of different sizes, nature and technical complexity, as well as from a continued research about advances that have taken place in the field of construction and materials, allows us to respond to every technical problem with the required solvency, anticipating difficulties that every decision can generate and avoiding unnecessary additional costs for the customer ; efficient cost controlling and management are indispensable premises in our working methods, taken into careful account both during design phase and construction phase.
