The project aims to achieve a sober while representative and emblematic building for the town of Puerto Lumbreras, since the use of the building will be town hall.
It has a facade modulation with large windows with its glass panels arranged in different positions, creating a game of volumes and shadows.
The staircase, embedded in a glass case protected by vertical steel slats and metal frame, has a preferential space and a different type of façade from the rest of the building.
