The buildings located in this residential complex arrange themselves in stages, in a way they are not perceived as compact blocks but as elements integrated in the natural environment. The vegetation of the area colonizes the buildings, which have been placed in the plot so that they open to the sea or to the common leisure area. Terraces allow users to enjoy the outdoor environment without losing privacy due to the overhanging volumes and pergolas.
