The building located in 26 Trapería St., located in the heart of the city of Murcia, has a classical style facade, so the plan for its rehabilitation was based on the respect for its historic character, while the grayish color of the original facade was replaced by an intense blue color which gave the building a singular identity and a more contemporary appearance.
