The PE-5 block sets its facades with a play of construction and voids of materials, arranging the modulation of the facade from overlaying a grid. To this variation of opacities adds color, creating a dynamic and random appearance.
These strategies manage to provide a special identity to the building, minimizing the sense of a closed block and making the passerby see a facade with a relative movement.
