Housing in Plaza de Castilla, Antequera (Málaga)

The roof garden is the hallmark of this residential project building in the city center. A combination of different species of trees and a swimming pool, as major parts of the common areas.

The facade is dematerialized as it grows in height. In the lower part the premises, above an intermediate zone for dwellings with verandas, balconies and terraces overlooking the street, and finally a third level, totally exterior, which becomes a leisure place for the inhabitants of the building.

This upper space is crowned by a metal pergola structure which flies over the roof of the building, being decisive for its volumetric conception.
