The PE-9 block in the urbanization La Veronica integrates residential and commercial use. The volumes are arranged around the perimeter of the plot. The housing project was designed prioritizing multiple objectives.
In first place, a housing quality space, in which the inhabitants of each house could enjoy their own terrace and high luminosity achieved through large windows.
Secondly, high quality community spaces, provided with swimming pool and extensive gardens. Moreover, also the interstitial spaces have been designed with great care, and the transition area with the street is reserved for shops, restaurants and other facilities which are meant to liven up the space that surrounds the residential complex.
